Yes. Owners, architects, engineers, subs, lenders, insurers, and CMs invited to another account's project get role-appropriate access to that project without a seat charge.
Your existing invited-project access stays in place. A paid plan adds projects owned by your account and portfolio tools; it does not cancel an institution's oversight relationship.
No. Starter and Pro are account plans based on active project capacity, so the people needed to document the work can participate without a per-seat penalty.
Architect firms are priced per active project, banks per active loan, and carriers per policy. Volume and enterprise agreements are handled directly.
